2. General information on data processing

This website is designed as an information and contact site. We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the website and our content and to handle your enquiries. There is no tracking, no analytics tools are used, and no consent or marketing cookies are set.

3. Hosting and server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information transmitted by your browser that is technically necessary to display the website and to ensure stability and security. This usually includes:

  • the IP address of the requesting device, shortened or stored only briefly
  • the date and time of access
  • the page or file requested and the volume of data transferred
  • the browser type and operating system used, and the referrer URL

The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in providing the website free of technical faults and securely. Hosting provider: Host Europe GmbH, Gertrudenstraße 30-36, 50667 Cologne, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

4. Enquiry form "Strategy call"

You can send us an enquiry using the form on the strategy call page. The data you enter, namely first name, last name, email address and your message, together with the optional details of company, role, phone number, topic and preferred contact channel, are transmitted to our web server over an encrypted connection, forwarded immediately by email to info@magni-advisory.com and not stored permanently on the web server. You receive an automatic acknowledgement at the address you provided.

The purpose of processing is to handle your enquiry and to prepare an initial conversation. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR for pre-contractual communication and Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR for the consent you have given. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future; an informal email is sufficient. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.

To protect against automated submissions the form checks an additional field invisible to you as well as the time elapsed between opening and sending. No personal data is transmitted to third parties in this process and no cookies are set.

Your details are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the stated purpose, at the latest once statutory retention periods expire. Where a mandate results, the commercial and tax retention periods of six and ten years respectively apply.

5. Contact by email or telephone

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the data you provide in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR for pre-contractual and contractual communication and otherwise Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.

6. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and embeds no external fonts, maps or social network services. No usage profiles are created and no data is transferred to servers outside the European Union.

7. Linked third-party websites

This website links to vocoscale.ai, buchungswerk.ai and stayoscale.com. These links are only followed when you click them. The respective provider is responsible for data processing on the linked sites, where their own privacy notices apply.

8. Data security

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the https prefix in your browser address bar. Access to submitted enquiries is limited to the Managing Director.

9. Your rights as a data subject

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

  • right of access (Article 15 GDPR)
  • right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR)
  • right to erasure (Article 17 GDPR)
  • right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)
  • right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR)
  • right to object to processing (Article 21 GDPR)
  • right to withdraw consent given (Article 7 (3) GDPR)

10. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.

11. Currency of this privacy policy

This privacy policy is dated August 2026. Further development of the website or changes in legal requirements may make it necessary to adapt it.
